Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have rights over the personal data we hold about you. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance at any time. Access
Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
Correction
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw consent to processing or opt out of marketing communications.
Nomination
Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

How to make a request
To request access, correction, or deletion of your data — or to exercise any other right above — please email our Grievance Officer. So we can verify your identity and respond quickly, include:
- Your full name
- The email or phone number registered with Tutors Parliament
- The type of request (e.g. access, correction, deletion)
- Any details that help us locate your records
We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and respond within the timelines prescribed by the DPDP Act. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some data may be retained where required by law (for example, financial records).
